The SCHED platform enables attendees to register for individual sessions, review profiles of individual speakers, connect with peers through social media platforms ("X"/Instagram/LinkedIn), and quickly update their registration by revisiting the system. Participants who successfully complete their registration will also receive email reminders from the platform.
The registration process will require you to create an account if you don't have one already and complete an initial registration questionnaire. Following these steps will enable you to gain full access to the schedule where you can click on individual sessions to build your schedule.
Click on the "LCC Registration" button to download the full instructions and access the link to register.
REMINDER: you will need to login using your SLC ID to download the handout.
Important Reminders
Download the handout and bookmark the SCHED lcc 2024 website (see handout).
You only need to register once for LCC but can revisit the SCHED page anytime by signing into the event.
You can customize your profile in SCHED by updating your profile pic, adding a bio, and linking to your social media profiles. These are optional but we encourage everyone to add their name/picture/title to help us create a sense of community.
There is no "submit" button when selecting individual sessions as you simply need to click on the radial button to confirm your selection in SCHED.
Attendees can customize their schedule at anytime by revisiting the SCHED page.
There are some informative "How to" guides at the bottom of the page to help with more advanced tasks.
Day 1 & Day 2 will include some virtual concurrent sessions which will be properly labelled in SCHED.
All plenary events (keynotes, employee awards, and SLC alumni panel) will also have a livestream option.
